Super Sets

  • Supersets are a form of strength training that requires minimal rest from one workout to the next. This type of workout increases calorie burn while maximizing the time working out. This is one of the most effective ways to train.

The workouts for this program will be based around Full Body movements so you can include maximum muscle recruitment and calorie burn. Bigger muscle groups, such as legs and back will burn more calories.
